Usability Language App Testing Report

For this usability test report, I chose to evaluate Duolingo with two participants of different ages. One participant was 31 years old, and the other was 68. I had both of them complete the same steps during the study, but they gave different responses. Overall, both participants enjoyed the app and said they would recommend it to a friend. I was surprised that the 68-year-old participant, despite experiencing several moments where things did not work as expected, still had a positive impression of the app.
