Our schools are becoming more and more diverse each year. With diversity comes differences within our classrooms. Families are no longer assimilating; instead, they are proudly maintaining their cultures. As a result, we have students with a wide range of life experiences, which can make it challenging for them to connect with one another without support. This E-Learning Module is designed to help teachers implement classroom structures that foster a strong sense of community.
